- Male is preferable, age 32 - 45 years old

- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in ME/EE/IE or any related field. Master Degree in MBA is advantage

- At least 10 years experience in management, production line, or related field. Experience in Concrete or construction materials is a must.

- Fluent in both spoken and written English

- Knowledge of quality, TPM, TQM, ISO, PLC Siemens, SCADA will be advantage
