• Male/Female Age 26 - 30 years old.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in building material business or building construction management. High-rise building would be advantage.
• Good knowledge of building materials expected i.e fiber cement, gypsum, glass&steel, prefabricated construction.
• Project and team handling experience are needed.
• Experience in Real estatebusiness is preferable.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership with strategic idea and being a good team-
  player.
• Creative and initiative, energetic and can grow together with
  the company.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Convenient in travel upcountry and aboard occasionally.
