Management of our comprehensive fibre cement and concrete roof tile production and distribution network is controlled by an extensive SAP ERP system. Indeed Mahaphant, were one of the first constructions materials manufacturers in Thailand to introduce such a world standard technology as part of their vision over 10 years ago.
Monitored and controlled from the Headquarters in Bangkok, a dedicated and professional IT team serves and supports the SAP system and its users to ensure the entire organisation runs efficiently. The implementation of this technology has resulted in huge efficiency gains in all key areas of the business over the last several years.
Online Order and Production Management
In order to increase the efficiency of the ordering process for our customers Mahaphant instigated an online ordering system: ‘Mahaphant Direct’
which allowed our customers to place their orders through the web, which and thus to production planning and logistics. This has resulted in a greatly improved and more efficient ordering, production and delivery process for Mahaphant and our customers.
Customer Relationship Management
In addition to the above, Mahaphant also focus on their customers and have invested heavily in an extensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to help improve Sales, Marketing and Customer Support processes and to improve the ‘customer experience’.
